The gastronomic heart of France offers cheese shops, affineurs, the amazing Halles de Lyon, the Institut Paul Bocuse school of culinary arts, charcuterie makers, traboules, bouchons Lyonnaises, and not one but two rivers, all within sight of the French alps. We’ll see it all.
This program will involve a great deal of walking.
